Ecuadoran indigenous plaintiffs appeal from ruling staying judgment against Chevron
The indigenous Ecuadoran plaintiffs have filed an appeal from the Court's order temporarily staying enforcement of their judgment against Chevron.

Judge temporarily enjoins enforcement of Ecuador judgment #indigenous
In Chevron v. Donziger, in a 131 page decision, the judge has granted Chevron a preliminary injunction against the enforcement, by the Ecuadorean indigenous plaintiffs, of the $17 billion money judgment they have obtained against Chevron for its pollution of the Amazon.
The judge conditioned his grant of an injunction upon Chevron's filing a bond in the amount of $21 million.
