Judging by the thousands of people across Massachusetts who packed community centers and school gyms during our recent volunteer meetings, she has a lot of company. For the first time, our team has put together a video from one of those packed meetings: Elizabeth's recent stop in Boston. And the things Elizabeth -- and the people of Massachusetts -- say in this video make clear why this campaign and Elizabeth's election are so important. In just four days, thousands of Wisconsinites from all across our state stood up to Scott Walker and told him to end his war on Wisconsin women by signing our petition.
Scott Walker and his extreme right-wing friends want to change our Wisconsin constitution to ban common forms of birth control and outlaw abortion across the board -- even in cases of rape and incest, or if a woman's life is in danger. The only way we can stop them is by recalling Scott Walker as soon as possible.

Occupy Our Homes Can you join the Occupy Our Homes protest in Brooklyn on Tuesday? Help defend families facing foreclosure and support filling empty bank-owned homes with those in need.  The big Wall Street banks have been on a three-year-long foreclosure binge, kicking struggling families out of homes all across the country. Now the 99% is saying "No" and fighting back against the big banks in a big way. Community members nationwide are rallying to stop foreclosures, keep families in their homes, and fill vacant homes with displaced residents. And not only is it working, more and more people are taking a stand. Just last week police and movers refused to carry out a bank-ordered eviction of a 103 year-old woman from her home in Atlanta.1 Now allies, including the New Bottom Line, Occupy Wall Street, Take Back the Land, and many others, are starting a national campaign to defend families threatened by foreclosure and to support filling empty bank-owned homes with people in need. It all starts this Tuesday, December 6, with a nationwide "Occupy Our Homes" day of action. There's an Occupy Our Homes protest planned in Brooklyn on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at 1:00 PM. Can you make it? Yes, I'll be there and I'm a homeowner underwater or facing foreclosure. Yes, I'll be there to support these homeowners. In this holiday season, thousands of families are without a home even with so many empty foreclosed houses nationwide. The foreclosure crisis has gone on far too long and the 99% are paying the price while the 1% still haven't been held accountable for repairing the damage they've done to our communities. One member of Congress stood with Occupy DC protestors outside a big-dollar fundraising event. Watch here: Chip in $3 to Rep. Donna Edwards as she kicks off her re-election today.

This week, Occupy DC protested a big-dollar fundraiser held by the Democratic Party. 
Salon reports that "stone-faced members of Congress, hoping to go unrecognized" slipped inside.
But one member of Congress came outside to stand with the protestors: Donna Edwards, who will announce her bid for re-election today in Maryland.
