CREDO: If people know this, we beat Tea Party extremists

Take Down the Tea Party
Ten! CREDO Action | more than a network, a movement.

If we want to defeat Tea Party extremists in November, there's only one thing we have to do: make sure constituents know the truth about their representative's extremist record.
But here's the thing: A lot of folks still don't know the facts.
Check out these poll results1 that just came out in New Hampshire's first district, represented by Tea Party Ten extremist Frank Guinta:
On Guinta's favorability, it's an even split. 42% favorable, 42% unfavorable, 15% undecided. Yet a whopping 70% of people say they wouldn't want to vote for a candidate who has worked to restrict access to birth control — that's Frank Guinta, too. A lot of folks just don't realize it.
We have to make sure voters are putting two and two together. If we do, it'll add up to the end of these Tea Party extremists' time in Congress.
It's not just Frank Guinta's district. This is the case in congressional districts all over the country.
We've already made great progress bringing attention to Chip Cravaack's attacks on seniors, Sean Duffy's attack's on women, Dan Lungren's attacks on equality, even Steve King's attacks on animals!
If people know this stuff, we win. But we've got a lot of work to do, and less than 100 days to do it.
We're up against a lot of money being spent on deceiving ads, and the little time most people put into thinking about who they'll vote for Congress.
Thanks for everything you're doing.
